2. 活的可追溯性(Living traceability), Requirement -> Story -> Task -> Sub-task -> Design document -> Source code -> Code review & validate Design document -> Unit Test -> Build -> Rework & Bug-fixed -> Functional & system testing -> Production code, 這整條鞭都可以有"履歷"可以追溯到源頭.

3. 風險管理第一(Risk prioritize toon)

4. 程式碼審核(Code Review), 也要審核重要的文件 in Confluence

5. 樣版文件(Document Template), 為維持最低限度必要的文件, 文件格式必須要維持一致
